Co-founder

Dedicated to giving back to others, Matt also co-founded Building Bridges Worldwide, a not-for-profit organization committed to constructing schools, orphanages, clean water wells, and medical clinics in impoverished communities around the world. Over the past decade, Building Bridges has completed a dozen projects in seven different countries.

Ted Egner
Co-Founder

I currently live in Washington, DC and focus on apartment acquisition opportunities for a nationally recognized commercial real estate company. I graduated with an MBA from the University of Texas in Austin in 2008. Prior to graduate school I worked in various roles in asset management and sales and trading in New York City.
